We are overjoyed to be assisting our clients on the table, but we also understand that we only have our clients for a limited amount of time. As such, we are only able to make as much impact as our time and the body allows. However, we are keenly aware that you as our clients have all of your time, and educating you is the best way we know how to make the most impact toward your health goals. Post our sessions you are likely to receive postural advice, stretches and/or exercises or lifestyle change options that can more completely help you to retain and embetter the changes we make together on the table. We are here to support you as you support yourself!
